We are hiring an Mid level .NET Software Engineer to write server-side code for web-based applications, for both internal and external use. We are looking for well-rounded developers who know how to create robust high-volume production applications. These projects will be vital to moving the work of the Church forward.

Exposure to a broad range of current Microsoft technologies, and able to contribute meaningfully to technology and product decisions.
• Able to comfortably apply and recognize design patterns in determining algorithms, design constructs and in making architectural decisions
• Proven ability to estimate the time to develop software features and then to deliver on that estimate
• Strong C# skills and object oriented design experience.
• Experience in database design and SQL.
• Experience in SharePoint workflow and document management are a plus.
• Knowledge of session management, object relational mapping, XML web services, and agile development methodologies desired.
